Angie is Hard!!!
Hard to tell in the 'hand' picture, but they are tore up from the pull-up bar.
Today I did the workout ''Angie'' See the WOD for details. Needless to say, my arms are spent. I did 40 more jumping pull-ups that I have ever done, but it was great to see how my strength and stamina are improving in such a short time. I will post some pictures later today.
I did the workout in 26:13
Tomorrow, I will be working out with my friend Dave for the first combined CrossFit Legacy workout. Then on Saturday, I will have an official outdoor workout. (Details to follow)
Have a great day.

CrossFit Legacy
Welcome to CrossFit Legacy. I am in the process of developing the webpage and ask for your patience as I get the system up and running.
If you have never heard of CrossFit, go here to learn more.
I am very excited about promoting and helping forge true fitness in my community and in my clients lives. CrossFit is the strength and conditioning program I have been looking for over the past 3 years. A colleague of mine helped me realize how important functional strength was for its application to sporting events and to life.
I actually found CrossFit by accident a few months ago. I began performing their workouts of the day (WOD) and have had amazing results---5% body fat reduction, 10lbs in weight loss and the feeling that I can take on the world (watch out world!)
I love this statement of what CrossFit is:
CF is empirically driven, clinically tested and community developed-- Input and Output. Try things and see what works. This is a grassroots, word-of-mouth organization with no need or desire to convert the masses who want to do crunches with a pilates ball.
In addition, this statement describes how CrossFit get such amazing results:
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program build on constantly varied, if not randomized, functional movements executed at high intensity.
Why the name CrossFit Legacy? I am intent on leaving a legacy of health and fitness for my family and my community. My family and my friends, for good or bad, will change the world. It is my hope that my example will equip them with the tools necessary to change it for the better.
Please, subscribe to this feed as I will be posting locations and times of our outdoor workouts through the summer.
Have a great day!!!
