We have 4 people including myself show up for our first outdoor workout. It was a success and from the WOD, you will see that we were all spent after we finished.

Everyone finished under 25 min. No will did not loose one. She had to leave before the after picture was taken to get to her daughter soccer game. Great workout everyone!!!
