Again, smaller groups secondary to tomorrow's holiday and vacation week at Elite. Nonetheless, we had 5 girls (1 new) compete for max rounds on the WOD
Kristin---2 rounds + mountain climber(30lb DB DL)
Mo--2 rounds + 20 mountain climbers(35lb KB DL)
Chelsea--4 rounds (15lb DB DL)
Courtney--4 rounds (20lb DB DL)
Caitlin--4 rounds + 3 DL (15lb DB DL)
Congrats to Mo.....she used the 1 pood KB for the deadlifts and she had great form.
