It was a smaller class secondary to the Tornados that went threw Summit county tonight, but those that came had a great workout. Jenna, Kayla, and Kristin really showed some mental toughness tonight and never backed down from the challenge of the workout.
Great job ladies.
Gary completed his second week of CrossFit and is showing some great gains in exercise form and overall physical capacity.
