We welcomed one new parent today(welcome to CrossFit Jen) and Ann returned from her vacation to participate again.
Today workout was conjured up on my family return trip from Geauga Lake Wildwater Kingdom.
Everyone worked very hard especially Courtney who wanted a picture of her actually working rather than the pictures before that have showed her resting between sets. Courtney is a very hard worker and consistently finishes as one of the better CF'ers in American Elite.
