The athletes and parents pushed hard through the fatigue during Thursdays workout. Great work everyone. Angie was able to do 4 rounds of unscaled push-ups, and Jen was able to do elevated push-ups for the first time.
They warmed up with a 500' farmers carry/waiter's walk with each hand followed by a core tension filled WOD.
