3 New Athletes Tonight...Welcome!

We welcomed 3 new athletes to CrossFit tonight. They are trying the class to see if they will love it, or hate it....(thanks Doug Chapman for the line)

Excellent work tonight by all. American Elite has their first competition this weekend in Columbus, Ohio and will hopefully bring home some hardware.
