It's All About the FLAVA'

Thank you---Tim Adams---Head Baseball Coach at Chippewa High School, and his baseball team. I had the pleasure of working with them for nearly 2 months getting them ready for the upcoming baseball season. I was able to work with them for about 45 min 1x/week. We trained using CF Principles and put them through WOD that were challenging and ideal for the type of activities they would do on the baseball field.
