Check out Rob Miller from CrossFit Delaware Valley doing kipping pull-ups at the Level 1 Certification in Baltimore. He comes in 6 seconds into the video. Way to kip with very little room for the legs Rob. Also, you will see Jeff and Maggie(she comes in a 18 seconds) from CrossFit Fairfax getting after it as well. All 3 are great coaches and I appreciate how they helped me this past weekend.
