Making Some Headway!!

I spent about 4 hours in the gym today cleaning the floors and patching holes in the wall. I also arranged some of the equipment so that it resembles a CF gym, rather than something that looks like a handyman's belt exploded.
I am excited about the opening, and I appreciate the emails I have gotten from other CF'ers looking for a place to train. I look forward to meeting many of you.

Below, you will see updated photos of the progress. I should be installing the pull-up bars this week.

Homemade med balls and parallets. Also included is heavy bags for carrying

Two Squat Stands. I might also get access to a cage that can also double as a pull-up station

C2 Rower, Dumbbell (3-60lbs), and Plated weight

Homemade Plyoboxes

Pull-up station will go here. I will have stations for men and women. The walls that you can see will be painted BLACK....very cool. A special thank you to my brother Steve and my lovely wife Randa for that idea.
I am going to paint before the bars go up, so I should have a posting showing what the pull-up hole of death will look like...HAHA

Have a great Memorial Day Weekend everyone. Thank you to all of our soldiers (active duty and veterans), home and abroad fighting for our freedom.
A special thanks to James Oliver Hughes. He was my grandpa. He fought in France, during WWII with the Rainbow Infantry. He died over 10 years ago, but I will never forget the stories he told to me and my brothers about the fighting that occured over there.

As my friend Lou Fister always says in closing.....

Peace and Fire
