Vurtuosity---Do the Common Task, Uncommonly Well!

Today at CF Legacy, we really hammered home the need to perform the common movements of CrossFit uncommonly well. It is not acceptable to perform the squat or overhead squat just OK. It needs to be solid, with as few holes as your training level allows.
