I did not have the camera with me today, so I have do not have pictures from the workout.
We did however work on Snatch Balance today. Check this video out for more coaching.

Ha, ha! Thanks for the props on the photo! We took this photo for use on a business card and it really turned out nicely with the lighting. It was only 105# but I had to hold that position a long time :)
