Two Basic Movements!!

To say it is cold outside is an understatement!!!!

-10 degrees when I got in the car




I thought about a run for this mornings WOD, but I did not get the dog sleds ready it time.......so instead of running, we decided to go upside down!!

Being able to maintain one's bearings in an inverted position is an essential skill that is learned and not easily mastered. 

Practice is key!!
