CrossFit Legacy at American Elite

Tonight was the first night of CrossFit Legacy at American Elite in Tallmadge, Ohio.
The WOD was helpful for finding the girls weaknesses and strengths. All the girls worked hard and a few more signed up for the CrossFit program.
