Well, my brothers' wedding is over and our time is only beginning to pick up speed. We officially rolled out CrossFit Legacy to American Elite Cheerleading tonight. We are excited that this will be able to take the program to the next level and give the athletes at the facility the specialized attention they need to excel in life, fitness, and athletics. There is class times for each team at Elite and class size is limited, so be sure to sign-up and get the time you are wanting.
I will be posting the date and time of the fitness assessments for each athlete signed up thus far. In addition, I will be posting the schedule for American Elite on the blog for easy reference.
