Both, Bravo, Stardom, and Celebrity competed against the clock and the new girls that came on Monday returned for round two tonight. For the past few weeks, we have been teaching them how to squat correctly and tonight I introduced the deadlift and began easy with light DB so they got the form correct before I incorporate that into the routines.
