Randa was able to experience her first CF workout yesterday morning, then she went on a 7.5 mile bike ride on the towpath.
The she was able to complete the workout with some difficulty.
The workout was:
Mini WOD
Each WOD is 3 min in length, with 1-2 min rest in between rounds

Randa did rnds 1, 2, 3, & 5 (total rounds---7
Brian did rnds 1-5 (total rounds---12)
