Our workout in the park was attended by only myself. All is well, after a slow start, I was able to complete 4 rounds + 15 inverted pull-ups.
WOD:
15 Inverted Pull-ups
20 KB Goblet squats
25 tuck jumps
run 100m/backwards 100m
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 min.
I completed 4 rounds, + 15 inverted pull-ups
