Good evening. Sorry for the late post, but sleep had to come before posting to the blog.
Last night the girls and their parents had a great workout and all are showing signs of getting stronger. Their enudrance, stamina, and power are improving steadily as I am having to come up with harder and harder workouts to fatigue them.
The WOD yesterday was.
