Brad, Dave, and myself had a great workout in the park under a beautiful sky and cool temperatures.
Dave was able to ladder all the way to 10 with the pull-ups and dips and was able to complete 50 sit-ups on the front-end and back-end
Brad laddered up to 6 and then back down(inverted) along with 100 sit-ups on the front-end and 50 sit-ups on the back end
Brian(me)---100 sit-ups on the front-end and back-end with ladder of pull-ups and dip with last 8 ladder down on the inverted bar.
Ladders are deceiving...harder than it looks on paper.
