I made these with my boys over the past few weeks and they worked great!!! We have a 6lb, 10lb, 11lb, 12lb, and a 16lb.

Check out these girls below. They are the first class to have everyone in the class complete an unscaled workout beginning to end and push one another to excel. They all completed 6 rounds and did awesome!!! I am proud of you ladies. Welcome to Chelsea on the right, second step. Tonight was her first night and she set the pace.
Congratulations to those in our 7pm class. They are all working very hard and they continue to show great progress and tremendouse effort. Good luck with school tomorrow Emily.
