We had a small hard working group today. Kayla continues to work, even with a cast and Gary was a freaking animal tonight!!



That says push-up (10), Mountain Climber(10), and Jump Squat(10)




Jenna asked me. Can I jump to the top? My response, "I don't know, can you?"




Looks like she can. She has great springs in her legs.
