The benches where we did box jumps
We had a great group at the park today with a surprise visit from my old/new co-worker Tammi.
In all there were 6 people(includes me) working out today. The workout was scaled according to each persons ability. Some did crunches rather than full sit-ups, and others did step-ups vs. box jumps. In addition, some did inverted pull-ups vs. dead hang pull-ups Everyone had a great workout and I look forward to seeing everyone there again next week.

Great work everyone. Those that were new actually showed improvement in the final 2 rounds vs the first round(they were getting their CF legs). Pukie almost showed up, but he only caused one person to heave a little. Maybe next time though?
