I challenged the Elite crew to beat the Weekend workout crew by having both groups perform the same workout a few days apart. It worked out well because the American Elite girls need to get ready for intense activity over a 2.5 min period when the season begins anyway. This workout helped me gauge how far they have come and areas where we still need to work. On an exciting note, we had two new people come this evening. Welcome Angie and Emily. The two of you worked very hard and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

3 Rounds for time, with max reps in 2 min for each exercise

2 min break after each round(count total reps for score)
The results are in and Elite kick the weekend crews butt!!!!
Wanda was the overall winner in the scaled catagory and Courtney was the winner in the unscaled group.
