Friday WOD with my boys!!!!

I had some amature videographers this afternoon during the WOD. They like to ride their bike with me when I do the runs.




WOD

15 OHS
15 50lb KB swings(scaled: 10-25lb)
15 Wall Ball shots(6-18lb)
400m run(200m)

4 rounds for time







I did this workout over the summer at Rogue Fitness in Columbus, Ohio. I only performed 3 round and completed it in 15:35. This time, I completed 4 rounds in 16:58. CrossFit continues to improve my fitness, even while rehabbing a sore shoulder.

U big stud! Its good to see you get the little ones involved. How are things with the new job?

I did a scaled Linda today. .5 BW cleans, BW deads, BW bench the triplet 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 30 min. Not so much fun.
