The first CrossFit workout was performed at the New Lake Anna YMCA Community Center last night. I felt that it needed to be properly christened.
My shoulder is finally beginning to feel better. I have been only doing workouts that do not tax my bicep tendon and AC joint for the last 2 months!!!
It is a good name for the workout, because there were times I could not find the air.
The title of the workout is Air Assault
100 Jump Ropes
10 Pull-ups
Row 200 meters
20 KB swings
20 Med Ball Slams
Run 400 meters
40 squats
40 sit-ups
3 Rounds for time
Brian 22:19 (2 rounds)
Justine 24:00(2 rounds and all exercise halved)
Followed the workout with a fun swim with my kids in the pool
