How many Lunges?

Thanks to CF Cleveland for this workout. Great one Paul and Bill. This workout is tough. Your legs will be screaming tomorrow.

500m Row/400m Run(one time only)

5 Sit-ups
10 KB Swings
15 Lunge Step(each leg)

Rounds in 20 min.
