Encore @ American Elite!!

A few of the girls at American Elite called and asked if I would come up and put them through a CrossFit workout. I absolutely said yes, and I hope they had as much fun as I did training them.

Congrats to Caitlyn for taking the initiative to arrange it. Also, her sister Kristin was there along with Shelby and Jacquie.
