First Official Workout a Success!!!

We had our first workout at our new location this morning @ 7am. Wanda, Gary, and her Sister Caryn participated in a modified ''Fight Gone Bad''
These three are somewhat experienced crossfitters as they trained with me last summer and fall.
They had not performed an actual coached CrossFit workout for some time. Gary stated that he was looking for the O2 half-way through the workout.
