Pushing and Pulling

Wanda and Caryn had a great workout Friday morning. They made it in @ 6:30am and busted their butt the whole workout.

Mid line stability was important and hammered in the workout. The transition from Renegade Row to Sit-up, to Wall Ball forced their body to work with less Oxygen.

Although Caryn almost passed out, she performed awesome.
