Pukie says Hello!!!

Ron came in at 6am after a long weekend in Cleveland, Ohio. He was there for his daughter (Alexis---CrossFitter), who was playing softball. Way to push yourself today Ron.

He did get to meet Pukie. That is Ok though. How many people do you know that allow themselves to be pushed to that point? Not many--I bet. Pukie is not a sign of failure. It is badge of Honor at CrossFit Legacy. Are you willing to be pushed that hard? To borrow a quote from Hyperfit USA "Strength is Heavy, Conditioning is Hard!"

Have you ever seen a trainer at a globo gym actually doing more than walking beside a client and holding a clip board? I haven't. I usually seem them demonstrating how to do some sort of walking lunge---bicep curl movement that is terribly non-functional.
At CrossFit Legacy, we are not afraid to actually work out with our clients. That is what happened today. Ron came at 6am today and I had the pleasure of working out with him. Ron, you were great. Way to push through the ...margin of your experience...and keep going. I am proud of how you finished.
