He did get to meet Pukie. That is Ok though. How many people do you know that allow themselves to be pushed to that point? Not many--I bet. Pukie is not a sign of failure. Have you ever seen a trainer at a globo gym actually doing more than walking beside a client and holding a clip board? I haven't. I usually seem them demonstrating how to do some sort of walking lunge---bicep curl movement that is terribly non-functional.
At CrossFit Legacy, we are not afraid to actually work out with our clients. That is what happened today. Ron came at 6am today and I had the pleasure of working out with him. Ron, you were great. Way to push through the ...margin of your experience...and keep going. I am proud of how you finished.
