CrossFit Legacy has a great class this past Saturday morning. 12 People ranging in age from 10 yrs to 60 yrs enjoyed either a as Rx'ed WOD or a scaled WOD.
At CrossFit Legacy, the workouts are designed to your fitness level. That applies to the CrossFit classes and personal training. We do not allow you to plateau and we are always focused on making you a better athlete for life.
