Thunderstorm on Thursday!!



Overtime and the nasty weather kept some of our athletes away today, but nevertheless Heidi and myself did the WOD.
In an effort to combine all aspects of the CrossFit methodology, our workouts are always varied and unique.
We deliver fitness that is by design---broad, general, and inclusive. We specialize in not specializing.
Our training is always intense and is designed to make us better at life---not when we want to look in a mirror and flex our bicep.

Secondary to the smaller than normal class, I had the pleasure of working out with Heidi tonight. She was awesome!!
