Our two marathoners were back at it this morning(6am) at CrossFit Legacy. They are learning very quickly how important intensity is in CrossFit workouts.
They are catching on quickly to the CrossFit moves and push themselves as hard as they can each visit.
7am---Gary paced the second class of day, finishing with the best time for the 5 Rounds(see below) Glad to see you returned Angie...great work today. Way to keep up and pace yourself.
