Club 3000

For the month of July, we at CrossFit Legacy are kicking off Club 3000. Thanks to friend and fellow CrossFitter--Tobi Jurging from SPC-Crossfit, we are borrowing the idea.

Club 3000--Your mission should you choose to accept it, is to complete 3000 reps of push-up in the month of July. You can use the reps from a workout or reps from warm-up/cool down to accumulate the reps.
You may also do reps before and after workouts to achieve this great milestone.

Heidi: 70
Chris: 40

How many of you will accomplish this feet. The first person to achieve it will get surprise gift from CrossFit Legacy.
