MID-LINE STABILIZATION
The focus today was mid-line stability and core control when fatigued and with weight over head.
I had the pleasure of working out with Matt this morning because his training partner was not feeling well. We look forward to having you back soon Mike. Get well CrossFit brother!!

****special recognition goes to Kristin today. She pushed through 3 rounds of the workout with an injury she sustained when a piece of glass went through her shoe and cut her foot. She did all the jump ropes on one leg****
Proper depth in squatting is a must, and to make sure that Kristin was getting deep enough, I made her stand close to the wall and stick her butt back to it a cue for proper depth. Great work today Kristin.
