WOW...what a joy it was to see so many faces at CrossFit Legacy this morning. Our regular FREE Saturday Class was a great success.
We would like to welcome for the first time: Tomas, Erica, Justin, Jessica, and Elena.
Our workout today consisted of push-ups, sit-ups and squats. Those 3 basic movements are foundational to what we do in CrossFit.

Congrats to everyone. I was pleased to see that everyone---scaled and unscaled was able to complete each round for their allotted time.

Dan, Andrew, Wanda, & Kayla and Chris kept up amazing paces. 30-45 seconds was the average time it took them to finish each round for 20 minutes.

Great work Elena. She completed her 15 rounds, rested for a few minutes and then jumped right back in to finish a few more rounds. Awesome work!!!
