No...That is Just the Warm-Up!!

My nephew asked my wife if what Ed was doing was the workout? My wife answered with the Above Statement.

Our warm-ups at CrossFit Legacy are designed to activate your body for the WOD. We want you ready to workout at max capacity from 3, 2, 1, GO!

Our warm-ups are safe, effective and will always teach you a skill along with re-inforcing principles for that day's workout.

Ed--13:00 min (5 reps instead of 7)
Andrew--17:44 (200lb deadlift)
Heidi--21:34 (85lb deadlift)

his form looks really good. but what I was really thinking was "well, it looks like where doing deadlifts today...there go my hammies!"
