There are some in the fitness world that believe body weight is all we need. At CrossFit Legacy, we disagree. We need to be able to move external objects quickly and at high power output. However, today we did not do that. Today we moved only ourselves.

Hello and Goodbyes!!!
We welcomed a new member to gym this morning. Ron came into to try the class out and looked rock solid on his form. He maintained great intensity and was able to finish his first workout totally unscaled. Great work today Ron!!
We said goodbye to Janna and Andrew today.
Janna is heading back to her collegiate soccer team. She came to us over a month ago looking for improved functional strength and a higher level of fitness. She leaves us after 5 weeks of training better prepared and in much better shape that when she started. When she began, she struggled with pull-ups, but last night was getting 3-4 on her own. Her ability to activate her core stability muscles improved dramatically as she showed us her athleticism in mastering great depth on her squat.

Andrew is heading back to Columbus, Ohio where he will be starting his career with the United States Marines.
In 5 weeks for training, Andrew lost nearly 3% body fat and also lost 6.5lbs of fat. He demonstrated day in and day out a commitment to excellence that will serve him well in the Marines. Thanks for choosing us Andrew and thanks for serving out country.
