Catch-Up Post From Tuesday.

We welcomed in another Texan into the gym tonight. Colby joined CrossFit Legacy tonight and set the Gym Record for the C2 Rower @ 500m on his first night. Great job Colby!!!

Our workout today continued to re-enforce our athletes ability to extend against and pull their body away from gravity.
