My answer is, "Only if you live most of your life curled up in a ball?"
I mean come on....how many of us want to brag that we can turn ourselves into a potato bug?
Now, are crunches bad? Not really!
Not everyone can do a full sit-up....yet!
Properly trained, anyone can perform a normal sit-up. It is just a matter of coaching, determination, and effort!
Our athletes performed a very challenging "core" workout today and not a single person did a crunch!!
