Catch up Posts---Friday

Good afternoon everyone. We have been busy at CrossFit Legacy and as such need to catch up on our past 2 workouts.

Friday

Our workout this day was designed so that everyone could get a chance on the C2 Rower...yea!!!

It was similar to the workout they did Wednesday morning...but like all CrossFit workouts---it was different than the one before it.

WOD

1 min Burpee
1 min SDLHP
1 min Shoulder Press
1 min Rower
1 min Sit-up
1 min Rest
