Free Saturday Class

We had a smaller than normal group on Saturday, but that led to some great conversation and good natured "jawing" that make workouts at CrossFit Legacy so much fun.

On Thursday, Wanda only was able to do 1 pull-up...today she was getting 3 to 4 in a row without stopping. Phenomenal job today Wanda!
