Saturday Morning Personal Training



Good evening everyone. I wanted to highlight one of the athletes you do not get to see much of at CrossFit Legacy.

Justin is a semi-pro football player for the Canton Legends and is using CrossFit in his off season training to get in the best shape of his life.

Keep checking back as he will be posted as our athlete of the week very soon.

Justin tackled "Fight Gone Bad" for the first time on Saturday and did great.
