
We are so proud of how hard our athletes worked today. Both the morning class and the afternoon class busted their tails on each workout.
At Crossfit Legacy, we train 10 general physical skills...cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy.

We officially began the new schedule at CrossFit Legacy today, and Angie took on "Helen" at the 7:30am class

She completed that workout in 13:00min without rest breaks. What is great about the accomplishment is that just last week, she would not have been able to complete that workout. Angie has made tremendous improvement in her physical ability since starting at Crossfit Legacy 4 weeks ago.
