For others, it was all they could do to get the bar off the ground.

What an amazing effort this morning. At first, the 45lb bar was beating her up, but after getting mad and committing herself to completing the workout, she nailed the Hang Power Clean with some difficulty, but adequate form.

Angie--
When one of out other athletes noted the 45lb bar was to heavy, Angie jumped in and said I will take it---Angie was at first given 25lbs. So she nearly doubled her weight and maintained a tremendous intensity throughout the 20 min.
