
"Matthew" is developed in honor of Matt Helmick, a Chippewa High School Soccer/Tennis Player who recently passed away.
After speaking with his coaches, they noted that Matt worked really hard in the weight room this past summer. However, they also noted that he really like to bounce around and do many different exercises with no real rhyme or reason to what he was doing. That is Ok Matt.
At CrossFit Legacy, most GLOBO gym rats would think the same thing about what we do.
