Monday and Tuesday Morning

Monday.

We performed the workout "Heather" from Fit-n-Fun in North Carolina. Our friend, Randy, sent me the workout Sunday afternoon. Thanks Randy....they Really enjoyed it....hahaha

5 Rope Climbs
50 Push-up
50 Wall Ball sit-up
50 Walking Lunge

***2 rounds for time***

(as we do not have a rope to climb, we subbed single ring pull up from seated position)
