"The Skunk"

Yea....if you know what happened to my dog this morning, you know why I gave the workout this name.

In Crossfit, we like to move large loads, long distances---quickly. What better load to move quickly that our own body weight.

Aside from the wall ball, we moved only our body weight yesterday evening and this morning.

Can you maintain a high intensity for 18 minutes with only a few breaks to catch your breath?
