Crossfit Legacy: San Diego Style

I pulled a workout from Crossfit San Diego this morning.


Our 6am crew performed this WOD:

5 Ring Dips
10 Burpees
20 Double Unders

***AMRAP in 20 min***

Results

Eric--7 rounds
Kelly--7 rounds
Ron--6 rounds
Sharon--5 rounds
